An Instant Pot Will take overnight  for large bones – 4 hours for Pasture raised  lamb or Pasture-raised chicken bones (Google for more details) 

  • Scald (Blanch) & Rinse with hot & rinse with cold dechlorinated water  To remove live & dead bacteria IN THE WATER-
  • & PAT dry (To remove live & dead bacteria)
  • Bring to boil  on saute – No lid & rinse again 
  • Set on ‘Soup- Broth) setting (lowest 
  • After meat falls off bones – strain in stock pan & remove meat
  • Wash Clean pan – Add whiter or AC vinegar (to release minerals) & add bone broth back in with AC vinegar & Sea salt
  • Add stock vegetables (crossly chopped onions, broccoli stems,  beets  & other heavy vegetables  & (to release minerals)’
  • Set on ‘Soup-Broth’) setting (lowest) discard (or make dog food in blender with Taurine Supplement) 
  • Preserve-‘Can’ in sterile jars with boiling water to the top or Make Soup~
  • Add tender vegetables leafy greens, parsley, carrots, celery, peas whatever & spice, seeds below…

**  Simple French Onion Soup…

Add sautéed onions and Ancient Grain Bread to BONE STOCK

Warm  & SPRINKLE with Nutritional Yeast or Raw PARMESAN CHEESE FROM ‘Raw MILK-(Reconstituted dry from Europe-to Avoid Putrid American Dairy)-  

**  Simple Soup… 

1. Fresh chopped FRESH & ROOT vegetables

2. Broth from bone stock above

3. Add Farro, Spelt berries (soaked & cooked)

4. Season with Black cracked pepper, Sea Salt (with kelp), Cajun Seasoning!, etc.

**  SIMPLE  Non-GMO Pasture-raised Egg Vegetable Frittata with-Ancient Grains

  1. Chop any vegetables – onions, broccoli stems, carrots celery, anise, deep green & leafy (collards for calcium) etc 
  2. Saute in Extra Virgin Coconut Oil  & Add buckwheat , Farro or Ancient Grains Bread Crumbs 
  3. Whole or scrambled Non GMO fed Pasture-raised eggs (2-5) 
  4. Pour over vegetables – add parsley, chives & S & P, Cajun or Fresh Herb de Provence, etc
  5. Watch, lean Pan to allow eggs to solidify
  6. Simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Well, when you eat a seed, certain grains or the skins of fruit, lectins scout out the sugars in your body, looking for the ones they can latch onto most easily. 

One of their faves is sialic acid 

– a type of sugar found in your brain, gut, nervous tissue, and even in human milk.

This ability to latch onto sugars and bind carbs earns lectins the name sticky proteins.

But sticky proteins interfere with the normal functioning of the person who eats them.

Digestive Enzymes –

1. Saliva

The saliva in your mouth is what’s known as a mucopolysaccharide. This word literally means “many sugars.” And this configuration of sugars in your mouth is only there for one reason – to snare lectins and prevent them from making their way deeper into your body.

You just read it above – lectins like to bind themselves to sugars. You know the feeling you get when you eat a jalapeño or some cayenne? Your nose starts to run, right? Well, that’s simply your body letting you know you’ve eaten something that contains lectins. Your body doles out an extra dose of saliva to trap the lectins you just ingested, including an extra sheet of saliva to coat your esophagus, so your meal can make it’s way through your digestive tract.

It’s yet another reason you want to drink your water. Saliva’s made of water. To keep your body’s system of defense working properly, stay hydrated. Then, should you come into contact with lectins, your body will be ready to flush them through your system.

2. Stomach acid

Hydrochloric acid is secreted by the stomach as a major defense, protecting your body against toxins and pathogens ingested with the food you eat.

In many cases, your stomach acid can digest certain lectins, but unfortunately it can’t get to them all. It is, however, an essential defense that at least eases the burden of lectin digestion.

3. Bacteria

Your mouth and gut are full of microorganisms which have evolved to thoroughly consume many kinds of lectins. These bacteria provide a wonderful protection as they do away with many lectins before they can reach and wreak havoc on the wall of your gut.

And, it turns out, the longer you have been eating a particular plant lectin – like gluten, for example – the longer you have been breeding gut bacteria whose purpose is to deactivate those lectins.

So, if wipe out all gluten from your diet, the gluten-eating bugs die off; then if you accidentally consume something that contains gluten and you didn’t know it did, you can’t digest it. The result ~ significant discomfort.

4. The mucosal layer

This is the layer of mucus secreted by certain cells throughout your intestines. 

Just like the mucus in the nose, mouth & throat, 

this layer of gut mucus acts as a barrier. 

It creates a seal, keeping the plant compounds you’ve consumed in the gut where they belong. Then, the sugars in the mucus hold and absorb lectins.

Now, the first four lectin defenses do a decent job of protecting your body from lectins, but lectins can find their way into your diet in many different ways. 

So, even though your body does its best, the sugars in the mucosal layers get used up and the next wave of lectins can basically chart their own course directly to your gut.

So the fifth defense is really the most important. And that’s …

5. Your brain

It’s not enough to simply rely on the physiological defenses your body has against lectins. 

To engage your mind. So, when you discover there’s a food that can cause a problem, you’ve got to tell yourself, “No thank you,” and simply walk away.

 Leave it on the shelf.

In the end – If the temptation is too great, and you simply must eat a lectin-rich food, only do so rarely. Set yourself up for success. Give your body’s defenses the time they need to call for backup and reboot – your body will thank you.

  • Easy 3 Ingredient Pie Crust or other pre-baked or wi coconut Pie Crust of Choice or Flattza Sptouted 7 Grain Crust
  • ½ cup fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup (or other liquid sweetener of choice)
  • 13.5 oz Pasture-Raised Dairy
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 5 tbsp Arrowroot
  • Generous sea salt with Kelp Granules 
  • Optional: Vegan Whipped Cream, for topping


  • Prepare or pre-bake your 3 Ingredient Pie Crust, if you haven’t already.
  • Next, add all of the filling ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the mixture is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring constantly so nothing sticks to the bottom of the pot.
  • Once the mixture has thickened, pour it into your pre-baked Pie Crust and gently “tap” the pie tin to bring any air bubbles to the surface. Note: keep in mind that this mixture will thicken even more once cooled, so it may appear to be “too runny” at first.
  • Refrigerate the Pie for at least 5 hours (preferably overnight) to allow for it to set and thicken. Serve with Vegan Whipped Cream, or as desired.


  • Key Lime Pie is traditionally made with a Graham Cracker Crust, but I opted to make my 3 Ingredient Pie Crust instead. You can do that as well, or use any homemade or store-bought pre-baked Vegan Pie Crust of your choice.
  • I have only tested this recipe using a non-GMO Cornstarch as a thickener and would recommend using that for best results. However, it will probably also work with Arrowroot Powder or Tapioca Flour
