As the coronavirus spreads, we are hearing about how to reduce exposure and take care of ourselves if we get sick. These are important tips, but we’re not hearing much about how we can boost our immunity so that if we do get exposed to the virus—or worse, we get sick—our body can effectively fight back.
Our immune systems are designed to fight off sicknesses and viruses. But unfortunately, the immune system can get worn down by many things typical of a modern life—for example, stress, TOXIN (IN THE SAD AMERICAN DIET), lack of exercise & NOT KNOWING THE MEANING OF ‘HEALTHY’ eating. This prevents our bodies from effectively fighting off sickness.
With coronavirus continuing to spread, it’s more important than ever to support the immune system. We can do this by making a few key tweaks to our thoughts, actions, and habits.

Essential ways to boost your immunity in preparation for coronavirus:
** Reduce Stress
When your body produces stress hormones (Cortisol)& others) which tax the immune system. So one of the most important ways to boost immunity is to reduce stress.
** REM Sleep whenever you’re tired
Many of us walk around this world in a state of constant exhaustion. But every time we stay awake when our bodies want us to sleep, we increase stress and hurt our immunity. If we’re drinking caffeinated drinks all the time (e.g., coffee, black tea, soda) we may not even realize just how tired we really are. Because to rebuilding a struggling immune system, we need to let ourselves sleep as much as we need.
** . Consume immunity-boosting ~Not Factory Processed ‘Modern’ American food that is not really food -Tasty but altered (by heat or over-milling & GMO) Changeng the Brain Food (Omega 3 to Inflammatory Omega 6) BODY ONLY!
To support your immune system, you can eat immunity supporting foods like citrus fruits, garlic, broccoli, and spinach.
** Reduce Inflammation From Factory Processed Foods (heavily processed foods Remove the Omega 3 CNS & Prefrontal Brain food (for Shelf-life) Creating EXCESS highly inflammatory – BODY ONLY FOOD & DISEASE!
Sugar, processed meat, vegetable oils, and Excess alcohol tend to be Omega 6 (EXCESS ~ INFLAMMATORY foods so they busy the immune system, leaving other problems in your body unaddressed. That’s why it can be really helpful to remove these inflammatory foods if we want a healthy immune system.
** Exercise, but not too much (Qi Gong ~ Accupucture without needles)
Exercise can be one of the best things to do to boost immunity. But we have to be careful because too much exercise is stressful on the body and can be tough on our immune system. So just keep the other tips in mind: Keep stress low, and if you’re tired, then rest.
** Stay away from TOXINS ~ (FACTORY FOOD from CAFO- GMO ~

Toxins can be devastating for the immune system. For example, mycotoxins from mold are notorious for . Many other toxins -Especially the Heat-altered, Over-Milled GMO Factory Food ~ seem to have on immunity as well. So try to minimize exposure GMO Factory Food, to chlorinated drinking water, pesticides, aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g., air fresheners), heavy metals, air pollution, ~ additives, preservatives – THESE ARE TO BE AVOIDED – BUT THEY ARE A THIN SLICE OF TOXINS THAT ENDANGER OUR HEALTH!
Care & Feeding of Eyes & all Other Organs & Tissues

The natural blind spot (scotoma) is due to lack of receptors (rods or cones) where the optic nerve and blood vessels leave the eye. There can also be artificial blind spots when something blocks light from reaching the photoreceptors, or when there is local adaptation of the retina as just after seeing a bright light. Ten best foods for eye health to support & maintain the ‘rods & cones’
The AREDS reports support the following 10 nutrient-rich foods:
1. Wild Caught Fish (not Farmed & Fed GMO) – He (Some say God) fed the Multitudes with Barley (Ancient grains) & Fishes (not farmed & Fed GMO) ~ not Man-made Factory Food!
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can help to lower the risk of eye & OTHER HEALTH problems.
Many Wild Caught (not Factory fried fish (only in Pasture-raised beef tallow or lard) -well-drained) (not fed GMO) ~ are rich sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
Oily fish are fish (or Pasture-raised animal protein, meat, dairy & Eggs) that have oil in their gut and body tissue, so eating them offers higher levels of omega-3-rich fish oil. The wild caught fish that contains the most beneficial levels of omega-3s, Vitamin D, other useful vitamins, mineral physiochemical, macronutrients, micronutrients & Omega 3 seeds -not roasted( available as they graze or swim~
- Wild Caught tuna & walleye
- Wild Caught salmon (not Atlantic)
- trout – NOT FARMED
- Wild Caught mackerel

6. Carrots ~ Eye & IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT!
Carrots are rich in both Vitamin A and beta carotene. Beta carotene gives carrots their orange color.
Vitamin A plays an essential role in vision. It is a component of a protein called rhodopsin, which helps the retina to absorb light.
Research on beta carotene’s role in vision is mixed, though the body needs this nutrient to make vitamin A.
7. Sweet potatoes & IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT!
Like carrots, sweet potatoes are rich in beta carotene. They are also a good source of the antioxidant vitamin E.
8. Pasture-raised Beef & other Pasture-raised animal protein, Raw Dairy, Free Range Eggs IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT!
Beef (Not Factory Farmed-Research is showing – creates the Tau plaque in Alzheimer’s & Dementia) is rich in zinc, which has been linked to better long-term eye health. Zinc can help delay age-related sight loss and macular degeneration.
The eye itself contains high levels of zinc, particularly in the retina, and the vascular tissue surrounding the retina.
9. Pasture-raised – non-GMO Eggs (fed Modern corn, soy or GMO alfalfa)
Pasture-raised Eggs are an excellent source of lutein and zeaxanthin, which can reduce the risk of age-related sight loss. Eggs are also good sources of vitamins C and E, and zinc.
GMO fed (corn, soy or alfalfa) Not bioavailable-becomes a storage problem
10. FLUID ~ Tea, Water – Master Cleanse (Springwater, ZESTED lemons or other citrus), dash of Cayenne & Really Maple syrup
