2.  Make bed Mindfully ~ how you do anything is everything bread – make it excellently with precision or mindfully & kill ANTS ~ killing ANTS ~ Automatic Negative Thoughts  & Gossip!  Tribe – only Positive Peer group allowed-No poking fun or demeaning ~ is an automatic negative thought – Kell ANTS!

3. Brush teeth with opposite hand ~ body move ~ Learn to juggle helps build – novelty 

4. Hydrate with water-tea  ~ Keep brain hydrated 

5. Cold shower – ice baths cold therapy lowers inflammation ~ will create ~ theta state (creative state) 

new ideas ~ take mental notes  ~ Einstein – showier (colder the better) ~ Exercise & Meditation ~  20 minutes – Practice mindfulness
