Conventional grain & nut milks have only 1-2 grams of protein ~ expensive flavored water! Store in a quart pitcher.
~ Simple Soaking with a medium (apple cider vinegar or salt or lemon juice – to prevent microbial growth during soaking)

Tomato, Broccoli, Asparagus, celery ~ any fresh vegetable
Combine olive or Virgin coconut oil, crushed garlic, onion, oregano, red pepper flakes, sprouted bread (optional for thickness), fresh or canned tomatoes (drained)and spring water or pasture-raised bone stock in the jar of a high-powered blender. Turn blender on to low speed and slowly increase speed to maximum. Blend until the soup is steaming hot and completely smooth, about 4 minutes~ For Cream of ~ after steaming hot ~ to preserve the ‘Beneficial Bacteria’ ~ add raw milk or homemade almond milk!
