Replace with Pasture-Fed animal protein (dialing back on the ‘MUSCLE MEAT’ & focus on finding more CNS neural tissue in the Bones ~ Lamb neck bone broth (Instant Pot) is close to the brain and therefore more tissue to make bone broth! Fro a Butcher that has a farmer bring CLEAN PASTURED MEAT Sausages~ (andouille sausage, summer), Hotdogs ~ Find an ‘UNDERGROUND farmer with Raw Milk & Non-GMO fed eggs! Make Raw Yogurt & add Quinoa!!
