CAVEAT…

Gluten-Free may “not contain any gluten”…
but STARCH is not necessarily “USEFUL” nutrient …

It is a polysaccharide which functions as a “CARBOHYDRATE STORE”
& its purpose is to store (in fat cells) as an “ENERGY reserve”…

(Not of use for “the thinking brain”…the “sophisticated” Prefrontal brain)

LABELS show that much of the “Gluten Free” … the content may be mostly “Starch”-(High “Empty” Carbs) …

Compared to Brown Rice & other “ancient grains’ which is “Plant Protein”… Which are gluten-free or very low gluten …

Plant Protein displaces EMPTY carbs
& Starchy foods which increase the “Calorie” content…Weight Gain…

Which increases the risk of diabetes, obesity, Nerual (CNS), allergies
& most other SAD diet-(disease & dysfunction)…

They are mostly a “BODY ONLY” (INFLAMMATORY) “not prefrontal brain”-food…

NOT TO MENTION THE “BACTERIAL GROWTH” (NOT FRESH) sitting in the meat counter…

** “Pasteurized” dairy –
(Considered Gluten Free)
But it is (LOADED WITH DEAD BACTERIA & (likely) FED WITH GM0 “Franken Grains)…

** Ham, Hot Dogs, Sausage & Other Meat Products…(Considered Gluten Free)

But they are made from MEAT of “stressed animals”…
(TRUCKED TO MARKET)-“Cortisol factory” & often fed GMO Genetically Modifies Franken Fokods…

** Milk and Dairy Products…“Pasteurized” dairy …(Considered Gluten Free)
BUT… “Pasteurized” dairy is “LOADED WITH DEAD BACTERIA”
& FED (likely) WITH GM0 “Franken Grains”…

Low allergies to Milk with live Beneficial Bacteria… (not Pasteurized)…
Peanut allergies … likely from ROASTED PEANUTS… NOT RAW…

** Cheese and Ice Cream…(Considered Gluten Free)
However, also “LOADED” with “DEAD BACTERIA”
& FED (likely) WITH GM0 “Franken Grains”…

BUT HOW CAN WE TELL WE ARE BEING FED GM) GRAINS?
(Right now…not likely possible)…

If you want a handy guide to take with you to the grocery store, this list of gluten-free foods can serve as a guide to what you should—and shouldn’t—add to your cart.

Fruits and Vegetables (Non-GMO)…AVOID “SEEDLESS” GMO TO REMOVE THE SEEDS…

All fresh fruits and vegetables—those that are sold loose in the produce section of the grocery store—should be safely gluten-free…if not GMO…

which may contain gluten or be subject to cross-contamination in processing.
On those, make sure to check labels for gluten-containing ingredients or for warnings that the product was processed in a shared facility or is GMO (Wheat, Soy or Corn…Highly Genetically Modifies…
Meats and Fish (Not farmed or Trucked to market (“Cortisol Factory”) & Fed GMO…
