FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS OF THE MACHINE…
Only use the non-GMO ingredients below…
USE only the Non-GMO Spelt, Enkir, Amaranth
or
Other “ANCIENT GRAINS) … (Low Gluten or Gluten Free)… & Non-GMO flours…& Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil.,,
Seed Mixture:
Raw Seeds… Raw (not Roasted) …
(Any “not-roasted” seeds – all “Unroasted” Seeds have Omega 3 intact)
MAKE Seed Mix…AHEAD & freeze what is not used for “future bread making”…
1-cup flax seed (Whole, Ground freshly)
1-cup sesame seed
1-cup poppy or chia seed
1-cup millet (sprouted if possible) ….Mix in a jar that seals well or freeze..
(OR ANY “Raw” Unroasted or Ground seeds)
Bread Machine Preparation for 6 CUPS DRY MIX for Bread Machine…
(SEE BELOW FOR INGREDIENTS FOR 4 CUP – Smaller container)…
STEP 1… Wet Ingredients … (add first)……
Add heated water in Bread Machine Container…
2 ¾ C. “Lukewarm” Water under 115*-118* —Warmer will destroy yeast…
¼ C. oil (EV Olive Oil or Coconut Oil or Duck Fat (Free Range-not fed GMO) …
or Unpasteurized butter from a local farmer…
¼ C. Raw honey or raw sugar… (to feed the live yeast) …
Tip….
Use a 1/2 cup: 1/4 c. oil …first & 1/4 cup honey on top…easier & less to clean …
Step 2…Dry ingredients…(for 6 cup container)…
Mix like Bisquick…Mix Together & Refrigerate or Freeze…
Flour Dry Mix # 1…. Use Pyrex 4-Cup Measuring Cup
3 C. Sprouted SPELT (5-6 Grams Protein) or Farro flour (whole grain)…NON-GMO… Mulino Marino Organic Artisan Enkir Farro Flour all at once…

While dough is kneading in Bread Machine … it is OK to Stop Machine after the “Kneading “Cycle to make muffins or donuts…
When finished baking, let cool for 5-8 minutes…
Remove from pans (to cool slightly on wire cooling racks or large wood cutting board Should easily come out of the pan with paper lined…
Oil generously With EVOO or EV Coconut OIl
& Rub Sea salt, pepper, Rosemary, Herb de Provence, Cajun, Greek or Italian seasonings…

When cool: Slice (Wooden Bamboo Bread Slicer), Wrap in Parchment or Wax paper & refrigerate (it has no preservatives!)… Warm 10 seconds per slice or toast..

Oven Direction Options..Heavy Duty Mixer with Dough Hook..
Use the Wet & Dry for 6 Cup recipe
Knead for 10 Minuted in mixer
Prepare bread pans or just let it bake..…EV Coconut oil
& Line with Parchment paper recommended… (for ease of removing from bread pan)…
Separate dough into loaves …Scoop into oiled & paper lied pans…
Immediately put loaves into 100 degrees preheated oven & set timer…
Let rise for 15 minutes…. “Leave in the oven”
& Increase oven temp to 350 degrees and bake for 35- 45 minutes…
(Depending on size of pans… for smaller)…

Reason to avoid any GMO (wheat, soy, corn) flour…
“All purpose-less flour”… 50% is an “Empty” starch-“refine carbs”…
Only 2 grams of Plant Protein (check labels on conventional bread, cookies, etc)…
Whole NonGMO grain should contain at least 4 to 14 grams …
CHECK THE Protein on the label…More protein … Less carbs…
Avoid “Whole Wheat” – “high fiber’ but…“GMO” Plant Protein…It is not “bioavailable”..useful only as storage material…not useful for the Prefrontal Brain…
