Body may be “BEST SERVED” by “Turning Down the Volume”…
on “time honored” traditions…comfort foods…that no longer “make sense” for the Baby Boomers…
& interferes with the “right function” of workings of the Body, Mind & Spirit…

Understanding the “right function” at every age only makes “common sense”…
& savings on health care costs…

1. EXCESS BEHAVIOR really ONLY the body…to a point..
& sets LIMITS the “SPIRIT & SOUL”…

2. Research & Know the harm the UNHOLY “Trinity” of the “White Menace” of processed foods… of Poverty Makers of us all…

Thorough & proper chewing is extremely important…
It aids in the digestion of ALL foods…
But especially whole grain (not any GMO Wheat or Soy)…Prefrontal food..
Whole grains….are digest… almost entirely…
In the mouth rather than the stomach.…

Merely doing your jaws up & down is not enough.
Use your molars & tongue to efficiently…chew in a circular or spiral motion…
It is not advisable to eat new bed time. If you do not leave 3 or 4 hours between eating & retiring …your food will sit in the stomach & intestines while you sleep & will not be digested…

A meal is best eatin from any (meat…acid) to Yin (whole grains not GMO WHEAT)….
we go from soup to vegetables & fruit at the end…

The main food is balanced, but the side dishes must have a mixture of yin & yang…
There may be different vegetables…but even if the are we should eat the yang (acid meat) ones first…the proceed to tremor yin ones…(leafy greens etc.)…
ALWAYS ALTERNATING WITH Whole Grains (not any GMO Wheat or processed-refined GRAINS…
Since salad is yin….
It should be eaten toward the end rather than at the beginning of the meal…
A salty soup comes at the beginning of the meal (the salt stimulated digestion)…
A “sweet”soup should be taken at the end of the meal…
Yang beans such as aduki beans can be eaten through the meal along with the grains…Yin beans (soya or lima) at the end…
If yin foods are eaten before the meal…the appetite is decreased & the meal will not sit well…Even if you are eating good foot…

It will not be effective unless you consider the order of eating…

Soaking whole grain (not GMO Wheat or Soy)…also increases “digestibility”…
Making nourishment more easily assimilated into the body & brain (CNS)…

How To Soak
Warm spring water ~ warm water is necessary to properly break down the phytic acid and other minerals & to ‘unlock’ the phytic acid – (an anti-nutrient which binds up MINERALS preventing the from being fully absorbed)…
• Acidic medium ~ buttermilk, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar (with “mother”) or coconut kefir. Note that all dairy needs to be “cultured” (have live bacteria added after pasteurization)…
• Baking soda for legumes…
• & set them aside to soak in a warm spot in the kitchen overnight…
