THE MISSING PARTS – WHERE HAVE ALL THE CHILDREN GONE? Food Causes of Inflammatory Disease…

THE MISSING PARTS –
WHERE HAVE ALL THE CHILDREN GONE?

Long Time Passing…Food Causes of inflammatory disease:

Sugar, all processed foods: refined grains,
pasteurized dairy products, meats from factory farm animals and farm-raised fish.
Grains that are not properly soaked as well as pasteurized dairy products create a lot of inflammation in the body.

The meat from animals raised in confined animal feeding operations is very high in omega-6 fatty acids and quite low in omega-3 fatty acids.

The typical ratio of fatty acids (3:6) found in factory raised, commercial meats is between 19:1-50:1.
Meats from pasture-raised animals have a fatty acid ratio of 1:1-1:2. Refined polyunsaturated vegetable oils are also extremely inflammatory.

Omega-6 fatty acids (found in vegetables oils like canola and corn) create inflammation, whereas omega-3 fatty acids (fish oils) are anti-inflammatory – which become “pumps” to remove the inflammation.

What diseases are caused by inflammation?
(produced by animal protein, processed “all purpose-less” flour…
& pasteurized dairy (cheese & yogurt)?

Allergies, arthritis (inflammation in the joints), atherosclerosis and all forms of heart disease (inflammation in the arteries or veins), autoimmunity (inflammation in any associated tissue, organ or gland being attacked by WBC), bursitis, cancer, diabetes and neurological disorders (ADD/ADHD, Alzheimer’s/dementia diseases, autism, birth defects, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease; all indications of inflammation in the brain), and tendonitis (inflammation in the tendons).

To PREVENT & REVERSE the development of diet-induced conditions
& dysfunction:
Consume at least 4 servings of “Plant Protein”
(whole grains-not GMO wheat) servings a day
& at least fish, 2 times a week.

A Fish…Seafood & Plant Protein (not any GMO Wheat or Soy) Routine…
Extends a healthy life…not on Medicare..

2 DAYS OF PARTIAL FASTING…has shown to REVERSE SOME of these conditions, ESPECIALLY WHEN CAUGHT EARLY….

(Fasting allows the digestive system to REST…
While the “trash collectors” remove the “SUBSTRATES”…NO LONGER BIOAVAILABLE protein FREE RADICALS & TOXINS)…

PLANT PROTEIN – 3-5 servings per day of
Whole grains “SPROUTING is UNLOCK THE GROWTH INHIBITOR & BEGINS CREATING VITAMINS…MINERALS…MORE PLANT MATERIAL”…
Quinoa, Buckwheat, Brown Rice, Oats (WHOLE ROLLED OR STEEL CUT…NOT QUICK..more profit for the Money Changers), etc.,
Beans, legumes, RAW nuts & seeds-(all seeds have Omega 3)

Fresh & raw fruits & vegetables (raw or steamed to release minerals) (the peelings & seed have 2.5 antioxidants)..try to use the peelings..abundant ZEST…
3-5 servings of each category per day…

Healthy oils -mostly olive oil (most vegetable oils are omega 6)
& fish protein & oil MUST HAVE BOTH WORKING TOGETHER)…
Plant oils: avocado, “all seeds contain Omega 3”
(“fresh-ground” flax seed is the highest),
Extra Virgin coconut oil, a small amount “cultured” butter, unpasteurized & “PASTURED”…not “grass-fed” cows…

Beverages: (5 to 6  cups of the 8 cups of fluid recommended.)
Coffee, tea (abundant green)… 100% no sugar added juice…
Beer, red wine..limited… with food).
Alcohol DESTROYS “dendrites”…
(neural tissue & will shut down the Hippocampus (memory library)…

Omit or vastly reduce: Animal Protein & fat, all processed, “enriched”, “refined+, pasteurized & fast food.
Naked water & soda are simply empty transports, providing no nutrients for healing..LACE with lemon or tea…

The easiest way to get the omega-3 essential fatty acids to meet body needs is to eat either one tablespoon of “unfiltered” flax oil a day or three tablespoons of “fresh-ground” flaxseed (in omelets, soups, etc.) a day, plus 3 or 4 servings of fish or seafood…a week….

Food, mass produced,
MUST BE processed or pasteurized to extend shelf-life….
PROFIT FOR THE “MONEY CHANGERS”…

*Beef, fish, chicken is often “farmed” & fed corn instead of free range, PASTURED FEEDING…
Pasteurization of dairy causes the milk (cheese) proteins to become abnormal, freakish…FRANKEN-FOODS..
& render them no long “BIOAVAILABLE”…

In the “closed system” of the body,
They will be stored in places in the body…
No longer fitting, they cannot be of use for growth or maintenance…
POSSIBLE “DUMP SITES”…FAT CELLS…SKIN (ALLERGIES)…JOINTS…BLOOD VESSELS…BRAIN CREATING MEMORY DISEASE & DYSFUNCTION…

From USA Today:

Another reason why Animal Protein is a thief that hijacks health:
(Bonnie Beezhold PhD  Benedictine University,
Says that red meat & poultry (animal protein) are packed with arachidonic acid, a type of Omega 6 fatty acid,
which your body converts into inflammation-raising proteins
Called “cytokines”
More & more research is linking to a “nose-dive” in mood disorders. (anger, aggression, belligerence, irritability…etc)

In contrast, the antioxidants in produce & beneficial Omega 3
(fish & plant protein), will tamp down inflammation).

INTEGUMENTARY SYSTEM
The SKIN & its derivatives (sweat & oil glands, hair & nails) make up a very complex set of organs that serves a number of functions…
Mostly protective.
Together these components make up the integumentary system (covering). The skin covers the entire body, has a surface area of 1.5-2.0 square meters, and weighs about 4 kg in the average adult.
It is estimated that every square centimeter of the skin contains: 70 cm of blood vessels, 55 cm of nerves, 100 sweat glands, 15 oil glands, 230 sensory receptors, 1/2 million cells.

The structure and functions of hair….
(PREVENTION OF BALDNESS)…hair follicles & nails & foods that cause & foods that prevent.
The subcutaneous tissue is a layer of fat between the dermis and underlying fascia.[5] This tissue may be further divided into two components, the actual fatty layer, or panniculus adiposus, and a deeper vestigial layer of muscle, the panniculus carnosus.[15] The main cellular component of this tissue is the adipocyte, or fat cell.[5] The structure of this tissue is composed of septal (i.e. linear strands) and lobular compartments, which differ in microscopic appearance.[20] Functionally, the subcutaneous fat insulates the body, absorbs trauma, and serves as a reserve energy source.[5]

HAIR SHAFTS…
The hair shaft is made of a hard protein called KERATIN & is made in three layers.
This protein is actually dead, so the hair that you see is not a living structure. The inner layer is the medulla.
The second layer is the cortex and the outer layer is the cuticle. The cortex makes up the majority of the hair shaft.
The cuticle is a tightly formed structure made of shingle-like overlapping scales.
It is both the cortex and the medulla that holds the hair’s pigment, giving it its color.
Vitamins and minerals help the production and structure of keratin & PREVENT BALDNESS…
Sulfur, for example, is highly concentrated in keratin, so sulfur-containing foods such as eggs, dried beans, kale and soybeans can play a role in keratin development.
Other high-protein sources NOT DERIVED FROM MEAT (ANIMAL PROTEIN)
can also increase keratin production — INCLUDING beans, RAW NUTS….almonds and RAW (NOT ROASTED) walnuts.
Another food keratin source is gelatin, which comes from the collagen in animal bones and hooves & can add to the strength of keratin cells. Gelatin can be found in “WHOLE GRAIN CEREALS”…
molded-Knox gelatin (no sugar) fruit salads and fruit jams.
Animal Protein is a source, but it only PLANT PROTEIN that assists in the production of keratin.
Lean meats, animal kidney and liver, poultry and fish to help build keratin protein in the body.
Low-fat pasteurized dairy products have essential amino acids that boost keratin production, however, EATING A DIET HEAVY IN ANIMAL PROTEIN & pasteurized DAIRY..inhibits keratin development & “PROCESSED “REFINED” “ENRICHED WHEAT (PARTICULARLY GMO) & REFINED sugar effectively eliminates most of the VITAMIN, MINERALS, PHYTOCHEMICAL & MACRONUTRIENTS MICRONUTRIENTS …. by displacing them from the Plant Protein sources listed above.

Fast, process & pasteurized food DISPLACE… the vital vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals & macronutrients available from the plant protein sources.
OBSERVE…Picky eaters more inclined to BALDNESS….

Some men, prone to male pattern baldness, increase their chances of being realizing this pattern male baldness, in proportion to the amount of “all purpose flour”… pizza dough, waffles/pancakes (with Butterworth-less syrup, Big Macs with the “all purpose” flour (refined, enriched buns)…French fries & soda with ice cream EXCESS.. Contained in the processed “tasty” foods the they love to eat.
So, you like loosing hair better?

Scientific “technical information”…

Describe how hair color is determined and what leads to alopecia (spot baldness). Alopecia areata is not contagious.[2] It occurs more frequently in people who have affected family members, suggesting heredity may be a factor.[2] Strong evidence of genetic association with increased risk for AA was found by studying families with two or more affected members. This study identified at least four regions in the genome that are likely to contain these genes.[11] In addition, it is slightly more likely to occur in people who have relatives with autoimmune diseases.[5]
The condition is thought to be a systemic autoimmune disorder in which the body attacks its own anagen hair follicles and suppresses or stops hair growth.[2] For example, T cell lymphocytes cluster around affected follicles, causing inflammation and subsequent hair loss. A few cases of babies being born with congenital AA have been reported, but these are not cases of autoimmune disease, because an infant is born without a definitely developed immune system.

Endogenous retinoids metabolic defect is a key part of the pathogenesis of the AA.[12]
Also, some evidence indicates AA affects the part of the hair follicle associated with hair color. Hair that has turned gray may not be affected.Alopecia areata is not contagious.[2] It occurs more frequently in people who have affected family members, suggesting heredity may be a factor.[2] Strong evidence of genetic association with increased risk for AA was found by studying families with two or more affected members. 6. 3 types of SKIN CANCER & FOODS THAT PREVENT…..
The “immune system” functioning & bullets (foods) that KEEP IT ARMED
to fight colds, flu, allergies, cancer…..
& all other FREE RADICALS “CAUSED” BY THE HEAT OF PASTEURIZED DAIRY, cheese, processed grain
& improperly killed & farmed-for-shelf-life…not for our life.

Other non-essential auxiliary systems of the body…

Reproductive system (male & female) foods that cause “infertility”…”Birth Defects” & erectile dysfunction…
Also… food that keep all parts functioning…
Ovaries (egg storage) Uterine wall support…etc.
